By accessing or using Mobbix, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The Mobbix platform, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Mobbix Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your property management operations.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform. Mobbix acts as a data processor and will only use your data to provide and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobbix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
